Essentially there are 3 different Silver colors that Honda and others used on their bikes 1) Cloud Silver: Very low metallic silver - You see this on Z50 K0 fenders, SL frames and many of the early Honda CL77 type tanks. I have this available in Aerosol Cans or by the Pint or Quart. 2) Custom Silver metallic: You see this on XL fenders, tanks and MR50's. I have this available in Aerosol Cans or by the Pint or Quart. 3) Engine cover paint: High Heat - Used on clutch, stator and sprocket covers and also on cylinder barrels. This matches almost all of the Japanese engines. Available in Aerosol Cans only.
Honda SL Frame, Z50 & CT70 Wheel and many other Honda parts: Typically called Cloud Silver: Kit consists of one can of Aerosol Silver and one can of Poly Clear. This is a 500 degree high heat paint which means it is fine for the mufflers and head pipes. Over time, you might have to dust the head pipe for that show you take the bike to.
