1969 Mustang Mach-1

428 CJ 4 Speed

This car was the pride and joy of Mike Duffy.  A good friend of mine that I met my first year of college.  Mike was still in high-school and we met out riding motorcycles.  Mike was always innovative in building his cars on a budget.  This car is a 1969 Mach 1 original 428 CJ and 4 speed and the thing really hauled.  This was a full body car that Mike cut his teeth on to learn the car chassis business.

Mike later went on to establish MDRC (Mike Duffy Race Cars) in Moore Oklahoma.   He has had his hand in the building of some of the fastest cars around and has many customers that run the Fun Ford events and travel the country racing in the heads up categories.  Mike's specialty is chassis building and setup and has also built quite a few of the new import drag cars.  You won't find a nicer guy, and if you get a chance, ask him about riding out that huge tornado that went through Moore while he was under his chassis jig!
