I don't know much about the history of this QA50 other than it is one of the nicest originals that I've ever seen.  It hasn't had a full restoration, just some cleanup items and it looks as if the tank was painted at some point.  Bike runs very well with no shifting issues.  Still has the original valve stem extender under the seat as well as the correct air cleaner assembly, muffler, handlebars etc.  Looks to be original cables etc.  I painted the frame and replaced the nuts/bolts/washers and now it looks very crisp and clean.
